6. Dispute Resolution

USA Customers: Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, except where prohibited by law.

EU Customers: EU consumers retain the right to pursue claims through their local courts. RoboCraft Factory is not obligated to participate in EU online dispute resolution platforms but may do so voluntarily.

7. Consumer Information (EU Requirement)

EU customers are entitled to the following rights under EU consumer protection law:

Transparent pricing, including taxes and fees where applicable
Clear product information, including customization details
Legal guarantee rights, allowing customers to report defects for up to two years
Withdrawal rights for non‑custom products, where applicable
No withdrawal rights for custom‑made or personalized products, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU

Custom‑made items produced by RoboCraft Factory are exempt from the standard 14‑day withdrawal period. For defective or incorrect items, RoboCraft Factory will provide remedies in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, which may include repair, replacement, or refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

8. NSFW Content Disclosure

RoboCraft Factory may produce NSFW or adult‑themed custom items only under strict conditions. All rules governing NSFW content — including age verification, legal restrictions, and refusal rights — are defined in our Terms of Service.
