1. Nature of Products (Custom‑Made Goods)

RoboCraft Factory specializes in custom, made‑to‑order products, including but not limited to:

  • 3D printed items

  • UV‑printed products

  • Laser‑cut goods

  • Custom magnets

  • Personalized canvases

  • Ready‑made designs created by RoboCraft Factory (still custom‑made per order)

Ready‑Made Designs Are Still Custom Goods

Even when a customer selects a pre‑designed item:

  • It is manufactured individually for each order

  • It is not mass‑produced

  • It does not come from a third‑party manufacturer

  • It is custom‑made at the time of purchase

Refund Restrictions

Production begins automatically once an order is placed. Because custom items are uniquely produced:

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Exchanges are not permitted

  • Refunds are not issued

Except where required by law or where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. All refund rules follow the Return & Refund Policy.

2. EU Customers — Withdrawal Rights & Defect Guarantee

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):

The 14‑day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

This exemption applies to:

  • Fully custom designs

  • Customer‑submitted artwork

  • Ready‑made designs produced individually per order

  • Any item manufactured on demand

Two‑Year Legal Guarantee

EU customers retain a two‑year legal guarantee, covering:

✔️ Manufacturing defects ✔️ Incorrect items ✔️ Items not matching the description

It does not cover:

❌ Customer expectations ❌ Design choices ❌ Color differences ❌ Sizing mistakes ❌ Normal variations inherent to custom production

3. Production Times

Estimated production times:

  • 3D Prints: 1–5 business days

  • UV Prints: 1–3 business days

  • Laser‑Cut Items: 1–3 business days

  • Magnets/Canvases: 1–4 business days

Production times may extend during holidays or high‑volume periods. These are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Acceptable Variations (Not Considered Defects)

Normal variations include:

3D Printing

  • Visible layer lines

  • Minor surface texture

  • Small support marks

  • Slight color variations

UV Printing

  • Minor alignment shifts

  • Slight color differences due to screen calibration

  • Texture variations

Laser Cutting

  • Light burn marks on edges

  • Natural wood grain variation

  • Minor dimensional tolerances

These do not qualify as defects or grounds for refunds.

5. Reporting Issues (Recommended 3‑Day Window)

Customers are encouraged to report issues within 3 days of delivery.

Provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging

  • Written description of the issue

This window does not limit statutory rights.

Verified defects follow the Return & Refund Policy and may receive:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund (only if repair/replacement is impossible or disproportionate)

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Uploading legally owned artwork

  • Reviewing product descriptions, sizes, and customization details

RoboCraft Factory is not liable for customer errors. Shipping‑related responsibilities follow the Shipping Policy.

8. Reference to Shipping Policy & Return/Refund Policy

By placing an order, the customer agrees to:

  • The Terms of Service

  • The Shipping Policy

  • The Return & Refund Policy

These policies are incorporated into this agreement and govern:

  • Production

  • Delivery

  • Refund eligibility

  • NSFW verification

  • Customer responsibilities

  • Legal rights under USA + EU law

9. Online Store Terms

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You may not:

  • Use our products for illegal purposes

  • Violate any laws

  • Transmit viruses or malicious code

A breach results in immediate termination and/or legal action.

10. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Content may be transferred unencrypted across networks.

You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

11. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We may refuse or limit any order, including:

  • Orders using the same account

  • Orders using the same payment method

  • Orders using the same billing/shipping address

You agree to provide accurate and current billing information.

12. Products, Services & Display Accuracy

We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but cannot guarantee monitor accuracy.

We may:

  • Limit sales

  • Limit quantities

  • Change descriptions or pricing

  • Discontinue products

We do not warrant that products will meet expectations.

13. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third‑party tools “as is” without warranties.

14. Third‑Party Links

We are not responsible for:

  • Third‑party websites

  • Third‑party content

  • Third‑party transactions

Customers should review third‑party policies before engaging.

15. User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

If you submit ideas or content:

  • We may use them without restriction

  • We are not obligated to maintain confidentiality

  • You must not violate third‑party rights

  • You are responsible for your submissions

16. Personal Information

Personal information submitted through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

We may correct errors or update information at any time without notice.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site for:

  • Illegal purposes

  • Harassment or discrimination

  • Uploading malware

  • Collecting personal data

  • Spamming or scraping

  • Interfering with security features

Violation may result in termination.

19. NSFW & Adult‑Themed Content

RoboCraft Factory allows NSFW or adult‑themed custom items only under strict conditions:

Age Verification

  • Customers must be 18+

  • Government‑issued ID may be required

  • Orders containing adult content will not be produced until verification is complete

Illegal Content

Strictly prohibited:

  • Any content involving minors

  • Non‑consensual acts

  • Criminal sexual content

  • Any imagery illegal under U.S. or EU law

Illegal submissions will be reported to law enforcement and preserved as evidence.

Right to Refuse

We may refuse any NSFW request at our sole discretion.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Error‑free service

  • Accurate results

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoboCraft Factory from claims arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your violation of laws

  • Your violation of third‑party rights

22. Severability

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

23. Termination

We may terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms.

Your obligations prior to termination survive termination.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RoboCraft Factory.

USA

Governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

EU

Complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable national laws.
